  1. Quick and easy to make, but not as fluffy as I would like. And don't forget it only makes a cup, make sure you make enough. The taste is great!
     
  2. Perfect icing recipe! I doubled this and used this to frost 24 cupcakes at my daughter's birthday party and it set up so nicely and remained soft for the few leftovers the next day. The kids raved about them so I know they are a huge hit!! I may make 2 1/2 times the next time so I can really lay it on a bit thicker next time but that was my own fault for not estimating it correctly. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe with us in Newest Zaar Tag. :)
