Questions & Replies

  1. Can I use semi sweet chocolate chips instead of unsweetened in the Fudge ribbon cake and icing

  2. What do you use to replace the confectionar sugar. If your diabetic you can't have that in a cake?

  2. Tastes great, but wasn't the fluffy icing I was looking (or hoping) for.

  3. This is a wonderful icing for Recipe #72915. My grandmother gave me this recipe, along with the one for the cake, but hers actually calls for 2 envelopes of Nestle Choco Bake, rather than chocolate chips. In any case, both the cake and the icing are excellent. Thanks for posting!
