Directions

  1. Mix butter, flour and nuts.
  2. Pat into 9x13" baking dish.
  3. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  4. Cool.
  5. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip; spread over baked mixture.
  6. Mix pudding and milk until well thickened.
  7. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  8. Add more cool whip to cover top.
  9. Spread chopped nuts over top.
  10. Refrigerate.
