- 1 1⁄4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 3 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 6 squares baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1⁄4 cup disorono liqueur
- melted chocolate, for topping, enough to drizzle
- 1⁄4 cup toasted almond, slivered for topping
directions
- Mix together crumbs and butter.
- Press on bottom of a 9” springform pan. Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until just blended.
- Mix in chocolate and liqueur and pour mixture into crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for 45 to 50 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and almonds before serving.
