  • 1 14 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • 3 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 squares baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 14 cup disorono liqueur
  • melted chocolate, for topping, enough to drizzle
  • 14 cup toasted almond, slivered for topping

  • Mix together crumbs and butter.
  • Press on bottom of a 9” springform pan. Set aside.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until just blended.
  • Mix in chocolate and liqueur and pour mixture into crust.
  • Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for 45 to 50 minutes or until center is almost set.
  • Cool completely, then refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate and almonds before serving.
