ingredients
- 2 ounces baileys mint chocolate irish cream
- 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
- 2 ounces milk
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips (for drizzling)
directions
- Place 1 cup ice and all ingredients except chocolate chips in a blender.
- Blend and pour into a goblet.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

After reading the other reviews I decided to finely shave the chocolate for the top and that worked perfectly. remained on the top being sipped a little with each drink. With all the surrounding white in the photo is doesn't look very chocolaty but it was wonderfully so. The taste was rich, creamy and delightful. -
This is a great drink/treat to have after a hot day of cleaning! Made as is and it was the perfect amount of Bailey's to taste it but not overpower. Made for Newest Zaar. -
For me it was way too sweet. And the chocolate chips were not perfectly blended in the drink. There was chunks in the bottom of the blender after I poured it in my glass. Maybe omitted the chocolate chips would be less sweet. Thanks Pink :) Made for Newest Zaar tag
