  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate or 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 12 cups whole milk
  • 1 12 cups malt drink powder (such as Ovaltine)

Directions

  1. Put chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Whisk together cream, milk and malt powder in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil. Immediately pour over chocolate.
  3. Let sit 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass jar, cover and refrigerate.
