directions

  • Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
  • Place dark and white chocolate in seperate bowls and melt seperately until smooth. Pour dark chocolate onto wax paper, forming 3 thick strips, leaving about 1 inch between each. Pour melted white chocolate into the empty spaces. Spread strips out so that they touch. Draw a knife back and forth across the strips to create a marbled effect. Sprinkle with candy canes. Refrigerate until hardened, about an hour. Break into pieces. Store in an air tight container for 1 week at room temperature.

  1. I love the mix of chocolate and white chocolate and peppermint. I used a good dark chocolate and it was delicious.

  2. yummy ..this is about the only thing i can actually make .its great !!!!!

  3. I loved this for how easy it was to make. The taste was good as long as I used quality chocolate. Next time I will crush the Candy cane smaller, and mix it into the chocolates separately before pouring. The bigger chunks do tend to get chewy.

  4. I made this to give as gifts this christmas. It was very simple and I got rave reviews from everyone who tried it. I added a bit of green chocolate wafers to give it a more festive color. It looked pretty and tasted yummy too.

  5. Made this to put on my goodie gift trays. Very easy to put together and the finished bark looked so pretty and was very tasty! Made it almost week in advance and it was still fresh tasting when I gave it. Thanks for posting. I'll definitely be making this again next year.
