  • In food processor or blender, (preferred), blend tofu, sugar substitue, cocoa, almond extrat and salt until very smooth.
  • Melt chocolate in microwave and stir into tofu.
  • Chill one hour in same bowl or spoon into individual bowls.
  • Garnish with raspberries.
