I'm still giving this recipe 5 stars because I'm sure it's excellent as written and I'd love to try it this way, but I didn't have all of the ingredients on hand. We've used bananas and strawberries for the fruit while pretty much following the recipe otherwise. The toasted coconut on top was divine. Sooo good :) We'll definitely be trying it with the mango because it sounds heavenly! Thank you for such a wonderful treat!

Lori thank you so much for suggesting these for my BBQ. The kids went WILD for them and their eyes got as big as saucers when they saw all these wonderful ingredients before them. Whenever someone lost a child we would just go look at the desert buffet and there they would be... making another chocolate nacho. A really fun recipe.

You all have to try this! It`s full of flavor, texture, and is so easy to put together! Fun and tasty! I follow the recipe except I forgot to top the nachos with coconut, which sat on my counter, toasted and waiting! I didn`t use all the chocolate but I`m sure there are chocolate lovers that would eat every drop of it! Thanks for a great dessert!

Hey there! I am the wife of my dh, Steve, to whom I've been married a very short 12yrs. I am also the SAHM of three boys (11yo and 4yo at home, 23yo on his own). My middle insists that you know he is #57 in the picture, the first player facing you. LOL I graduated from Ball State University with a BS in Pre-Professional Psychology, which I get use of here at home frequently. I enjoy entering local bakeoffs and contests, creating handmade cards and am active in my local MOPS group. I have a extensive collection of cookbooks, but have found that Zaar has taken care of my appetite for any hands on cookbooks. I just love to bake, especially for the high school football team here during the fall. It is my favorite time of the year......sweaters, bonfires, leaves, pumpkins, caramel apples, football, all the stuff about fall is fun! Thanks for checking out my "about me" page and I look forward to seeing you around on the boards.
