- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1⁄4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
directions
- Beat all ingredients in a bowl by hand until it forms a firm paste,.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls.
- Place balls 3cm apart on greased tray,.
- Cook in moderate oven on 180°C or 350°F, for 20 minutes or until firm.
