  • 30 g instant oatmeal, equivalent to one single-serve packet
  • 35 g powdered chocolate soy protein concentrate
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Add boiling water to oatmeal, slowly to make sure that it is not too much. You want it to be a little watery before you add the protein powder, because the powder soaks up a lot of moisture.
  2. Add the protein powder and mix thoroughly. If it is too watery, add more powder. If its too thick, add more water! Very simple.
