  • Melt butter in pan.
  • add sugar,cocoa,milk.
  • Boil for two minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • add vanilla and peanut butter and let dissolve.
  • add oatmeal.
  • stir together good and spoon on to cookie sheets.

  1. when i made these the 1st time, i baked them for about 10 minutes. needless to say, they turned out so tough i couldn't even sink my teeth into them! then i tried again, just stuck them into the fridge. they turned out great! very cholocatey, fudgey and not too sweet! i did reduce the amount of suger though. this recipe is a keeper; it's easy and fun to make and the cookies are yummy!
     
  2. Hi Betty, I can see where the confusion is, it doesn't clearly say that you don't bake them. Maybe you could add something about that and you just recool the cookies. Regards Ann
     
  3. I dont think Chef Watermelon got it!! You dont bake them again, they are already cooked. And I have jsut dropped spoonfuls onto wax paper. Less cleanup.
