  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, butter blend
  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
  • 13 cup red wine
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 cayenne chocolate truffle
  • 3 carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch flour

  • Brown shallot in butter blend until brown.
  • Add wine and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Add carrots and simmer until soft.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add chicken broth.
  • Simmer until sauce begins to thicken.
  • Add cayenne truffle.
  • Thicken.
  • Serve with beef.
