Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, butter blend
  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
  • 13 cup red wine
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 cayenne chocolate truffle
  • 3 carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch flour

Directions

  1. Brown shallot in butter blend until brown.
  2. Add wine and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Add carrots and simmer until soft.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add chicken broth.
  6. Simmer until sauce begins to thicken.
  7. Add cayenne truffle.
  8. Thicken.
  9. Serve with beef.
