Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat No-Bake Cookies

"These cookies are rich, delicious, and easy to make. It is not my recipe -- I found it at Cooks.com under the title "Simple, Sinful Chocolate Cookies". I took a chance as there were no ratings and they came out so good I had to share. I used organic chunky valencia peanut butter in mine."

  1. Made a big pan instead of drop cookies, and cut them into squares. They were excellent, but next time I might add more peanut butter.

  2. I have made these about 4 -5 times. they are great, just like mom used to make but better!

  3. This is a great recipe for no bake cookies. I cut back on the cocoa for personal preference, but they were gone within minutes.

  4. Quick after school treat! Very sweet, but next time I will just lower the amount of sugar to about 1 1/2 cups. The oatmeal and peanut butter makes this a healthier snack than greasy chips too! Thank you!

  5. This recipe brought back wonderful memories of my childhood. I lost my recipe so thank you so much for posting it.
