Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup fat-free chocolate milk
  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 12 cup sliced banana, frozen
  • 4 prunes, pitted
  • 14 cup ice cube, crushed

Directions

  1. Combine milk, peanut butter and prunes in electric blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Add frozen banana and crushed ice; process until blended.
  4. To Crush Ice: Place ice cubes in small plastic bag; seal bag.
  5. Crush with mallet or rolling pin.
