  • 1 cup light soymilk
  • 1 cup frozen light soymilk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 -2 tablespoon artificial sweetener, your choice (optional)
  • 1 -2 tablespoon sugar free chocolate syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. Add frozen soy milk to blender, then liquid soy milk, peanut butter, and sweetener. Blend till smooth.
