Directions

  1. Combine peanut butter, sugar and egg. Press into an ungreased 20cm (8 inch) square pan.
  2. Bake at 160C (325F) for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove pan from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top and cover pan with foil.
  4. After 3 minutes, remove the foil.
  5. Spread evenly over surface and cut into bars while still warm.
  6. Store in fridge.
