  • Preheat the oven to 350.
  • Melt chocolate and butter in a large microwave bowl on high for 1-2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Brush the bottom of the pie crust with a small amount of the beaten egg. Stir sugar, corn syrup, eggs and vanilla into the chocolate mixture until well blended.
  • Stir in nuts.
  • Pour into pie crust.
  • Bake 55 minutes.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
