  1. Absolutely delicious! I put the cocoa, flour, sugar, and milk all in at once and just brought it to a boil then simmered for 90 seconds. I figured it would be easier than adding the milk in increments, but whatever. :) This pudding is FANTASTIC.

  2. Great recipe! I did like 'ChefChanteuse' and put everything in together and it worked great. Be sure to use a spoon for stirring so the powder mixes in the corners AND a whisk to get it very smooth. I, like 'Aunt Marie', found this very sweet and will use less sweetener next time. I used fat-free lactose-free organic milk and organic Zero sweetener, so it ends up being less than 100 calories per serving and about 5 grams of protein. Yummy sugar free, low fat, chocolate treat!

  3. This pudding was absolutely amazing!! However, I used less than a cup of sugar, and it was still much too sweet. If not for that, I would give this recipe 5 stars and will definitely make it again using a half cup of sugar. It was very smooth and creamy! Yum!! :D
