Chocolate Pudding

"My mom would make this recipe for us when I was a little girl. I found it recently in my recipe box. I have an allergy to eggs, so I just left out the egg. It tastes better than jello pudding. My whole family loves it. You can replace some of the cocoa with dark chocolate cocoa for an even richer pudding."

I am a stay-at-home Mom with 3 teenagers and 1 elementary child. I love to cook, but it has become harder since I have learned I am allergic to wheat. It has become a lot harder to cook recipes I can eat and my whole family will enjoy. I also love to do crafts.
