"I saw Nigella make these the other night and went straight out to the kitchen to try them myself! I don't usually do desserts, but these are simple and simply divine!"

 1. I love that you can make them gooey in the middle or cook a little longer and have a brownie. The last time I made these, there were a few extra ramekins so I frozen them raw. Was having a chocolate craving today so I popped one into the convection microwave and had dessert for 1! (Hubby is on a diet.)If I put them in the oven straight from the freezer...takes @ 35 minutes. My little oven loses alot of heat when I open the door...so I test with a skewer and give them a bit more time if needed. If they have sat out of the freezer during the time it takes for the oven to preheat usually take @ 20 minutes. Just as good as the fresh cooked ones.

 2. I really didnt know what to expect with these. Mine turned out a little like Lava cakes, and I am tempted to try cooking them a little longer. They get 5 stars all the way for taste though, pure decadence :)

 3. These are just too easy to make. I did make the mistake of overcooking though as I got caught on the phone. Silly me didn't realise they were meant to be gooey in the middle!!!!They were still delicious and I will certainly be making again. :)

I live in a rural area 30 minutes from the City of Adelaide. I have 3 children and spend an inordinate amount of time chasing around after them! I enjoy cooking and reading about all kinds of food (but perhaps not vegan - never really did get the hang of that), although driving the kids here and there cramps up my cooking time and motivation some days. I love cookbooks and have recently started to collect very old cookbooks, mostly from the 19th century. I love all books actually and, if I could get away with it, I would spend half the day with my nose in a book. I also adore where we live, which is in the Adelaide hills. We live on top of a hill with gorgeous views out over the vineyards and across valleys. It is nice to be so close to the vines because I also have a fondness for sauvignon blanc, a lot of which is grown here!
