  1. Delicious! Be careful 180 C is 350 F degrees.... I doubled the chocolate chips. A trick to pack the bars well, use a piece of parchment paper and press hard on the mixture before you put in the oven. 25 minutes and they were done.

  2. I made this recipe today with my "little chef" assistants. The bars themselves taste wonderful, however, I had problems with them setting. After baking the indicated amount of time/temp the bars were soupy on the bottom. I followed the directions with one exception, I used low fat s c milk instead of regular. I ended up baking the bars about 60 minutes until the liquid was absorbed. I am not sure if my problem is due to oven temp variance or the substitution. I will definitely try this again and do recommend this as a kid approved recipe. Next time I think I will increase the oven temp to 200 degrees.

Hey. I'm Talia. I like homemade food. I like Mexican restaurants. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I live in AUSTRALIA! I'm not much of a fussy eater, but I like for my food to be healthy. I think healthy food can be fun, and I love to eat! I don't really use cookbooks. I look up recipes on the internet, make them up, etc. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, but that's life. I don't bite (much) so you can add me or email me or whatever it is on this site. :P Have a nice day! :) <img src="http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j166/ZaarNicksMom/PACsticker-Adopted.jpg">
