- 1. Melt chocolate and butter in benmari style. Leave it to get a cooler.
- 2. In a different cup, mix sugar and egg yolks.
- 3. Add and stir melted chocalate and butter to the mix.
- 4. In a different deep cup stir egg whites and salt until they become like foam.
- 5. Mix it with the chocolate mix and stir it with a spoon from down to up several times.
- 6. Divide the mixture to souffle cups.
- 7. Put hot water in oven tray and place the cups on the tray.
- 8. Bake it in the previously heated owen (175 degrees) for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 9. Serve it hot.
