  • 160 g bitter chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 3 eggs (whites and yolks seperated)
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon cacao
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  1. 1. Melt chocolate and butter in benmari style. Leave it to get a cooler.
  2. 2. In a different cup, mix sugar and egg yolks.
  3. 3. Add and stir melted chocalate and butter to the mix.
  4. 4. In a different deep cup stir egg whites and salt until they become like foam.
  5. 5. Mix it with the chocolate mix and stir it with a spoon from down to up several times.
  6. 6. Divide the mixture to souffle cups.
  7. 7. Put hot water in oven tray and place the cups on the tray.
  8. 8. Bake it in the previously heated owen (175 degrees) for 8 to 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Serve it hot.
