  1. Sprinkle walnuts on bottom of a greased 9x9 inch pan.
  2. Combine sugar and butter in a saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Spread over nuts.
  5. Sprinkle chips on top of hot sugar mix and nuts.
  6. Spread melted chips with a knife to cover the top.
  7. Refrigerate to set.
  8. Cut into pieces. It will crack apart as well.
