Chocolate Truffle Pie

"Such a delight for chocolate lovers!! Simple and easy to make. This pie can be prepared, baked, and cooled as directed. Then cover and freeze for up to 1 week. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving. To jazz it up a bit, you can use a wire mesh and sprinkle it evenly with icing sugar on top of the cooled pie."

  1. i"ve had this recipe torn out and saved, I think from a taste of homes for a while. I used 60% chocolate( since your adding 1/2 cup sugar, didnt want it to be sweet.) used heavy cream. was very good, but loved that its quick and easy and no special trips to the store.
