  • Put chocolate in large heatproof bowl.
  • Bring cream just to a boil in small saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Pour over chocolate in bowl.
  • Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Let stand until thick, about 15 minutes.
  • Pour chocolate mix into an 8-inch dish, cover and refrigerate until very cold.
  • Scoop balls onto sheet.
  • Freeze until hard.
  • Dip in melted chocolate using a toothpick.
