  1. Melt chocolate chips and butter in double boiler.
  2. Add nuts and remove from heat.
  3. Add sugar, flour, and 1 egg at a time.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Fill mini-muffin tins about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake@ 350 degrees Farenheit for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Tops will be crackly.
  8. Cool on wire racks.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar.
