  1. combine eggs, oil, applesauce, vanilla, and and sugar in a bowl.
  2. then add the grated zucchini.
  3. in a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients together.
  4. slowly add the dry mixture into the wet zucchini mixture.
  5. fold in chocolate chips.
  6. this recipe makes two loaves of bread. (i have also filled a large bundt cake pan.).
  7. bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. toothpick test.
