Chocolate Zucchini Cake

"This is a great cake. It is cooked in a tube pan. It is easy as I don't ice it. I serve with caramel sauce or ice cream or both. The raisins and spices make it special. the Recipe comes from a communitee cookbook."

  • Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
  • Beat eggs in another bowl.
  • Add the sugar and vanilla- beat well.
  • Add oil and beat.
  • Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
  • Stir in raisins and zucchini.
  • Pour batter into greased tube pan.
  • Bake 350 for 1 hours.
  • Serve with caramel sauce or ice cream.
