- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 3⁄4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2 1⁄2 cups chopped zucchini (unpeeled)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
directions
- Beat altogether (not chips).
- Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate bits over batter and bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
- Needs no frosting.
