Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 34 cups low-fat milk
  • 3 large egg whites or 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 23 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 cups cubed cinnamon bread or 6 cups egg bread (1/2-inch)
  • 12 cup miniature chocolate chip

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine milk, egg whites, sugar and vanilla.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Stir in bread cubes and chocolate chips.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes.
  7. Spoon mixture into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
  8. Bake 30 minutes or until puffed and set.
  9. Serve warm, at room temperature or chilled.
  10. Place leftovers in an air-tight container and freeze up to one month.
