Choconilla Oatmeal Pudding Cake

"I invented this while trying to make chocolate/vanilla oatmeal bars. It did not cook like I planned, but tasted and looked really good. So I cook it like that now! I like this recipe because it adds a twist on traditional granola bars and oatmeal is an uncommon recipe in foods. This recipe is great for snacks or picnics. :D enjoy"

  • Add all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Stir together until medium thickness.
  • Spray bottom of pan with nonstick spray.
  • Pour batter into pan evenly.
  • Put in oven for 20 – 30 minutes.
  • Let cool for 2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (optional).
  • Enjoy!
