  • 12 cup natural bran (chokker)
  • 12 cup wheat flour

directions

  • combine two flours and knead with water into dough. separate sough into lemon size portions and roll into chappatis. roast each side of chappati on griddle(tawa) until done. 2.
  • serve hot.
