- 29.58 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 14.79 ml chopped fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried oregano)
- 4.92 ml garlic powder
- 1.23 ml salt
- 1.23 ml fresh ground pepper
- 1419.54 ml chopped romaine lettuce
- 591.47 ml chopped cooked chicken
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped
- 118.29 ml finely chopped red onion
- 118.29 ml sliced ripe black olives
- 118.29 ml crumbled feta cheese
directions
- Whisk vinegar, oil, dill (or oregano), garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and feta; toss to coat.

I made this without the chicken (because I didn't have time). I think the dressing was really good but decided after tasting that it needed a bit of honey to cut the acidity. I think the same results may come from the addition of the same amount of sugar (at least a teaspoon). We really enjoyed this recipe, thanks for sharing!
