Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups shredded chicken from 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup mix from 1 Marketside Garden Veggie Chopped Salad Mix
  • 1 cup matchstick carrot
  • 1 large green onion, chopped finely

Directions

  1. Shred chicken.
  2. Measure salad mix and carrot sticks.
  3. Chop onion.
  4. Place all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well.
  5. Remove salad dressing from salad kit and drizzle over salad.
  6. Toss to coat.
  7. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator up to 24 hours before serving.
