  1. Combine oil, red wine vinegar, sage, salt, pepper, and garlic. Place pork chops in a plastic bag set into a shallow dish. Pour marinade over meat. Close bag. Marinate in the refrigerator 4 to 24 hours, turning bag several times to distribute marinade.
  2. Drain chops.
  3. Place chops on cooking grid. Grill, covered, directly over medium coals for 8 to 10 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
