ingredients

10 ounces chorizo sausage
24 baby bella mushrooms
¹⁄₂ cup diced onion (we used white but think green would be good)
1 teaspoon garlic
4 ounces cream cheese
¹⁄₂ cup white cheddar cheese
³⁄₄ cup fresh breadcrumb

directions

Sauté chorizo along with onion, garlic and chopped mushroom stems. Drain, then add cheeses and breadcrumbs. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly mmm -- .
