I have eaten at both San Antonio and Austin locations numerous times! I have made the dressing using the celery, carrots, bell pepper and onion as directed adding a quart of mayonnaise, the salt, dry mustard, lemon peel, paprika, and keep it in the fridge overnight! I use less salt for health reasons! Remember most mayonnaise does come in 30 oz jars! Very easy and a lot less trouble! Taste great!!!!
