Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 34 cup green glazed cherries, halved
  • 34 cup candied red cherries, halved
  • 12 cup candied pineapple, chopped
  • 34 cup dates, chopped
  • 1 12 cups chopped nuts (any kind you desire)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 14 cup Bourbon

Directions

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a saucepan or microwave, melt butter, pour into a 15" x 10" baking pan.
  3. Sprinkle with Vanilla wafer crumbs evenly on top.
  4. Arrange fruits and nuts evenly on top of the crumb mixture; press down gently.
  5. Combine the sweetened condensed milk with the Bourbon; pour evenly over top of fruit/nut mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven; cool completely.
  8. Cut in squares.
