  • Butter 9x13 casserole dish and place bread on bottom.
  • Brown ground turkey over medium heat, drain excess fat and layer over bread.
  • Combine eggs, milk, cheese, dry mustard, salt and pepper in bowl, whisk to combine.
  • Pour egg mixture over bread and sausage, making sure all the bread is covered.
  • Refrigerate overnight for best results (bread soaks up more flavor).
  • Cover with tin foil and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Uncover and bake another 15 or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
