  • To make cookie dough, warm honey over low heat until liquid; pour into a large bowl. Stir in sugar, eggs, baking soda and all spices listed.
  • Mix in flour gradually.
  • Knead throughly to make a dough.
  • Preheat oven to 375º. Grease baking sheets or line with parchment paper.
  • Form dough into small balls about 1" across and place on cookie sheets. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a rack.
  • To make frosting, blend confectioners' sugar and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Coat cookies with hot frosting.

I made them for this years christmas cookie swap and of course had to sample them! lol I didn't have an coriander, so I substituted cumin, and I couldn't find white pepper at my store, so I left it out. Even though I didn't have everything stated, these were well liked in my home.
