- 1 head red cabbage, shredded
- 1 head green cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 3 fennel leaves
directions
- Add the cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and poppy seeds to a large bowl and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the fronds and serve.
