  1. Peel avocadoes, cut into small chunks.
  2. Chop tomatoes into small chunks.
  3. Chop onions finely.
  4. Mix in bowl with vinegar, oregano and garlic.
  5. Just before serving, add in small chunks of feta, as much as you like (I do this at the very end as the salty cheese draws out the moisture from the tomatoes and you don't want your salad to get soggy).
