Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 pie crust, single
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 34 cup pastry flour
  • 2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon banilla extract
  • 12 cup Spanish peanut, skins removed and coarsely chopped
  • 12 cup peanut butter chips
  • 12 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Press piecrust into 9 inch pie pan Crimp edge if desired or leave plain.
  3. Mix flour, sugar, peanut butter and butter together well.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla, peanuts, peanut butter chips,and choc. chips.
  5. Transfer filling to prepared piecrust.
  6. Bake until firm about 45 mins.
