Chunky, Savory Stir Fried Tofu

"This is a great meal to share with someone who says they don't like tofu. My husband complained that he just couldn't warm up to tofu as a main dish when it was cut into blocks. However, he said that the texture of the tofu in this dish is like "real meat," and he raves about the flavor. I love it too!"

I avoid meat, dairy and anything with flour in it, so it can be a challenge to find things to make for dinner! My husband and five year old son are also not thrilled about eating so much fish, beans, eggs and tofu. So I'm always on the lookout for ways to make these things more palatable for all of us.
