“I got this recipe from Taste of Home October/November 2004. I made this this for my family and even my picky eater liked it. It is a little bit on the spicy side. So next time I will make it using one plan can of tomatoes and one can of tomatoes with green chilies.”

Directions

  1. In large pot brown beef and onion in oil.
  2. Add the pinto beans, tomatoes, water, black beans, creamstyle corn, salad dressing mix and taco seasoning.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20- 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
  5. Stiring in between this time every 5 mimutes.
