  1. Melt butter and chocolate chips in a large pan over low heat. Cool.
  2. Add marshmallows, nuts and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Shape into loaves and chill 1 hour.
  4. Then sift powdered sugar over loaves and cut into slices of desired thickness.
