Cia's Cappuccino Smoothie

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup espresso, cold (or strong decaf coffee)
  • 12 cup coffee ice cream (or vanilla ice cream with 5 tsp. instant decaf coffee granules mixed in)
  • 14 cup ice
  • 13 cup milk
  • 14 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place espresso, ice cream, ice and milk in a blender or food processor and secure lid.
  2. Process for 20 seconds, untill smooth.
  3. Serve at once in chilled tall glasses garnished with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
